Terms and Conditions of Service

Employment with CFTS is governed by the terms and conditions set out in the employee’s employment agreement together with the policies described in this handbook.

These terms define the expectations, responsibilities, and rights of both the employee and the company.

They may include matters such as working hours, compensation, leave entitlements, conduct standards, confidentiality obligations, and operational responsibilities.

Employees are expected to familiarise themselves with the terms applicable to their employment and to comply with company policies and procedures while performing their duties.

CFTS reserves the right to update policies and operational practices where necessary to support the effective functioning of the organisation. Employees will be informed of significant changes where applicable.
